The Conexus Member Research Panel, referred to in these Terms and Conditions as the “Panel”, is sponsored by Conexus Credit Union, referred to as “Conexus”, and is administered on Conexus’ behalf by Insightrix Research Inc., referred to as “Insightrix.”

Insightrix provides the technology platform, panel management services, survey administration, research support, and incentive fulfillment for the Panel.

The purpose of the Panel is to provide eligible Conexus members with opportunities to share feedback, opinions, and experiences through surveys, interviews, discussion groups, online activities, and other research opportunities. Feedback gathered through the Panel helps Conexus better understand member needs and improve its products, services, digital experiences, communications, branch experiences, and overall member experience.

By registering for, accessing, or participating in the Panel, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should not register for or participate in the Panel.

Conexus and Insightrix may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will become effective when posted on the Panel website or otherwise communicated to participants. Your continued participation in the Panel after changes are posted or communicated means you accept the updated Terms and Conditions.

1.Purpose of the Panel

The Panel is intended to gather feedback from Conexus members to support research, planning, decision-making, and continuous improvement.

Feedback collected through the Panel may be used by Conexus to inform decisions related to, but not limited to:

Products and services
Member experience
Digital banking and technology experiences
Branch and advice experiences
Marketing, communications, and brand research
Member needs, preferences, and expectations
Strategic initiatives and business improvement activities

Participation in the Panel does not create any new or additional ownership interest, governance right, voting right, employment relationship, agency relationship, or decision-making authority with Conexus or Insightrix.

While participant feedback is valued and may be considered by Conexus, Conexus is not obligated to act on, implement, or respond to any suggestion, comment, recommendation, or feedback provided through the Panel.

2.Role of Insightrix

Conexus has engaged Insightrix as its research partner to administer and support the Panel.

Insightrix may collect, store, use, and process information provided by Panel participants for purposes that include:

Managing Panel registration and participant accounts
Sending survey invitations and research opportunities
Hosting surveys, questionnaires, discussions, or other research activities
Managing incentive and reward programs
Providing technical support
Reporting research findings to Conexus
Maintaining the integrity, security, and operation of the Panel

Insightrix acts as a service provider and research partner to Conexus for the purposes of administering the Panel. Insightrix may also provide summarized research results to Conexus.

3.Eligibility

Participation in the Panel is open only to individuals who:

Are Conexus members;
Are invited or approved to participate in the Panel;
Meet any eligibility requirements communicated by Conexus or Insightrix;
Provide accurate and complete registration information; and
Agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Participants must use their real name and actual contact information when registering for the Panel.

Conexus and Insightrix reserve the right to approve, decline, suspend, or terminate participation in the Panel at any time and at their discretion, including where a participant does not meet eligibility requirements or where continued participation may affect the integrity of the Panel.

Each eligible participant may maintain only one active Panel account. Duplicate, false, misleading, or fraudulent accounts are not permitted.

4.Voluntary Participation

Participation in the Panel is voluntary.

You may choose whether to participate in any survey, interview, discussion group, activity, or research opportunity. You may decline to answer any question, stop participating in a research activity, or withdraw from the Panel at any time.

Participation opportunities will vary. Conexus and Insightrix do not guarantee that participants will receive any minimum number of survey invitations, research opportunities, incentives, rewards, or prize draw entries.

5.Registration and Account Information

To participate in the Panel, you may be required to complete a registration process and provide certain information, such as your name, contact information, .

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and while participating in the Panel.

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, or other relevant information changes, you should update your information through the Panel website or contact Panel support at: [insert contact information or panel support link]

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and account information. You agree to notify Insightrix promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security concern.

6.Participant Responsibilities

As a Panel participant, you agree to:

Provide honest, accurate, and thoughtful responses;
Participate in good faith;
Use the Panel only for its intended research purposes;
Not provide false, misleading, incomplete, or intentionally inaccurate information;
Not attempt to manipulate survey results, incentive eligibility, prize draws, or Panel operations;
Not create duplicate accounts or allow another person to use your account;
Not forward survey invitations or research opportunities to others unless expressly permitted;
Not interfere with the Panel website, platform, surveys, or other participants’ use of the Panel;
Not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or data mining techniques to access or interact with the Panel;
Not upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, malware, corrupted data, or harmful code;
Communicate with Conexus, Insightrix, and their representatives in a respectful and appropriate manner; and
Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms and Conditions.

Conexus and Insightrix may suspend or terminate your participation if they determine, at their discretion, that you have breached these Terms and Conditions or acted in a manner inconsistent with the purpose or integrity of the Panel.

7.Confidentiality

From time to time, surveys or other research activities may include information about Conexus, its products, services, strategies, concepts, communications, business plans, technologies, branch designs, marketing materials, or other confidential or proprietary information.

You agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared with you through the Panel.

You must not copy, share, reproduce, distribute, publish, post, disclose, or otherwise make available any confidential information, survey content, screenshots, concepts, prototypes, images, videos, communications, or other materials received through the Panel, unless Conexus or Insightrix has given you express permission to do so.

This confidentiality obligation continues after your participation in the Panel ends.

8.Research Activities, Recordings, and Use of Feedback

Panel activities may include surveys, polls, online discussions, interviews, focus groups, usability testing, concept testing, product testing, or other research formats.

Some research activities may involve audio recording, video recording, screen recording, transcription, photography, or observation. Where a research activity is recorded, participants will be advised in advance. By choosing to participate in a recorded activity after being advised of the recording, you consent to that recording and its use for research, analysis, reporting, and internal business purposes.

Feedback, comments, ideas, survey responses, concepts, suggestions, or other information you provide through the Panel may be used by Conexus and Insightrix for research, analysis, reporting, planning, product and service development, member experience improvement, and related business purposes.

Unless otherwise agreed, you will not receive compensation, ownership rights, intellectual property rights, or other rights in any product, service, process, communication, design, or business decision that may be developed, modified, or implemented based on feedback received through the Panel.

9.Incentives and Rewards

From time to time, participants may be offered incentives, rewards, prize draw entries, points, gift cards, cash-equivalent rewards, charitable donation options, or other forms of appreciation for participating in Panel activities.

Incentives are provided as a token of appreciation for participation and are administered by Insightrix on behalf of Conexus.

The availability, amount, type, eligibility criteria, redemption requirements, payment method, and timing of incentives may vary by research activity. Details will be communicated when applicable.

Conexus and Insightrix may modify, suspend, substitute, or discontinue any incentive or reward structure at any time.

Unless otherwise stated:

Incentives are non-transferable;
Incentives may not be assigned, sold, exchanged, or redeemed by anyone other than the eligible participant;
Participants are responsible for ensuring their contact and payment information is accurate;
Conexus and Insightrix are not responsible for lost, misdirected, delayed, expired, undeliverable, or unused incentives where the issue results from inaccurate or outdated participant information; and
Participants are responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, or other obligations that may arise from receiving incentives, where applicable.

Conexus and Insightrix reserve the right to withhold, cancel, adjust, or recover incentives if they determine that a participant has violated these Terms and Conditions, provided false information, created duplicate accounts, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise compromised the integrity of the Panel.

10.Account Balances, Inactivity, and Payouts

If the Panel uses a points-based or account balance reward system, participants may be required to reach a minimum balance before rewards can be redeemed. The applicable point value, redemption threshold, reward options, and payout methods will be communicated through the Panel website or related communications.

Conexus and Insightrix may, at their discretion, process a payout, close, adjust, or reconcile a participant’s account balance at any time for administrative, operational, compliance, security, or program management reasons.

If your Panel account becomes inactive for a period of time determined by Conexus or Insightrix, you may be notified and given an opportunity to reactivate your account. If you do not reactivate your account within the timeframe provided, your account may be closed, and any accumulated points, rewards, or incentive balances may be forfeited without compensation.

Specific inactivity rules, redemption thresholds, and forfeiture timelines, if applicable, will be communicated through the Panel website or related Panel communications.

11.No Membership Fee

There is no fee to join or participate in the Panel.

You should not respond to any request for payment in connection with joining or participating in the Panel unless you have verified the request directly with Conexus or Insightrix.

12.Electronic Communications

By registering for the Panel, you consent to receive electronic communications from Conexus, Insightrix, or their authorized service providers related to the Panel.

These communications may include:

Panel registration communications;
Survey invitations;
Research activity invitations;
Reminders;
Incentive or reward communications;
Account administration notices;
Updates to these Terms and Conditions;
Privacy-related notices;
Technical or support communications; and
Other communications related to participation in the Panel.

You may unsubscribe from Panel communications or withdraw from the Panel at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in Panel communications or by contacting Panel support at: [insert contact information or panel support link]

If you unsubscribe or withdraw, you may no longer receive invitations to participate in Panel activities.

13.Privacy

Conexus and Insightrix take the privacy of participant information seriously.

Further, Conexus and Insightrix maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification, loss, or theft.

Information collected through the Panel may include information provided during registration, profile updates, survey responses, research participation, incentive administration, technical interactions with the Panel platform, and communications with Panel support.

Personal information will be retained for as long as you remain a member of the Conexus Member Research Panel, or as otherwise required to administer the Panel and meet legal, regulatory, or operational requirements. When your information is no longer required, Conexus and Insightrix will securely delete, destroy, or anonymize it in accordance with their records retention and privacy practices.

Conexus and Insightrix may use participant information for purposes that include:

Administering the Panel;
Conducting research;
Selecting participants for research activities;
Sending survey and research invitations;
Managing incentives and rewards;
Analyzing member feedback;
Improving Conexus products, services, communications, and experiences;
Preparing reports, summaries, and insights;
Maintaining Panel integrity, quality, and security; and
Meeting legal, regulatory, operational, or compliance requirements.

Participants may request access to their personal information, request corrections to inaccurate information, withdraw their consent to future participation, request deletion of their personal information where applicable, or raise questions or concerns about the handling of their personal information by contacting the Conexus Privacy Office. Withdrawal of consent will apply to future participation and communications and will not affect information previously collected and used for the purposes described in these Terms and Conditions.

14.Third-Party Websites and Services

The Panel website, survey platform, or related communications may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, tools, or services.

Conexus and Insightrix are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, security, accuracy, availability, or business practices of third-party websites or services that are not controlled by Conexus or Insightrix.

Accessing third-party websites or services is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms and conditions and privacy policies.

15.Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Panel website, survey materials, research content, concepts, designs, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, data, reports, and other materials made available through the Panel are owned by Conexus, Insightrix, their licensors, or other applicable rights holders.

You may access and use Panel content only for your personal participation in authorized Panel activities.

You must not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, sell, license, display, transmit, create derivative works from, or otherwise use any Panel content except as expressly permitted by Conexus or Insightrix.

All trademarks, trade names, logos, and service marks appearing on the Panel website or in Panel materials are the property of their respective owners.

16.Unauthorized Use

You agree not to use the Panel, website, platform, surveys, or related services in any way that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, disruptive, or inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.

Without limiting the above, you agree not to:

Interfere with the operation or security of the Panel;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, data, or platform;
Use automated tools, bots, scripts, scraping tools, or data mining techniques;
Manipulate survey responses, incentive eligibility, account balances, or prize draw entries;
Misrepresent your identity, eligibility, membership status, or personal information;
Create or operate duplicate accounts;
Share your account login information with others;
Forward restricted survey invitations or confidential research materials;
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, corrupted files, or harmful code;
Post or transmit unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, abusive, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content; or
Use the Panel for commercial, competitive, political, fundraising, promotional, or non-research purposes.

Conexus and Insightrix may investigate suspected unauthorized use and may suspend or terminate access to the Panel without notice.

17.Termination or Withdrawal

You may withdraw from the Panel at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in Panel communications or by contacting Panel support at: [insert contact information or panel support link]

Upon withdrawal, you may no longer receive Panel communications or invitations to participate in research activities.

Conexus and Insightrix may suspend or terminate your participation in the Panel at any time, with or without notice, including if:

You no longer meet eligibility requirements;
You are no longer a Conexus member;
You breach these Terms and Conditions;
You provide false, misleading, incomplete, or inaccurate information;
You create duplicate accounts;
You misuse the Panel website or platform;
You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or inappropriate conduct;
You fail to remain active within applicable inactivity timelines;
The Panel is discontinued; or
Conexus or Insightrix determines that termination is necessary for operational, security, compliance, legal, or research integrity reasons.

If your participation is terminated, any accumulated points, rewards, incentives, or account balances may be forfeited, subject to applicable laws and the specific incentive rules communicated through the Panel.

18.Changes to or Discontinuation of the Panel

Conexus and Insightrix may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Panel, in whole or in part, at any time.

This may include changes to:

Eligibility requirements;
Registration processes;
Survey frequency;
Incentive structures;
Reward options;
Redemption thresholds;
Inactivity rules;
Platform features;
Communication methods; or
These Terms and Conditions.

Where practical, notice of material changes will be provided through the Panel website, email, or other reasonable means.

Conexus and Insightrix are not liable to participants for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Panel or any related incentive or reward program.

19.Disclaimer of Warranties

The Panel, website, platform, surveys, communications, content, and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conexus and Insightrix make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Panel, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, or uninterrupted access.

Conexus and Insightrix do not guarantee that the Panel website or platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

20.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conexus, Insightrix, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, service providers, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your participation in the Panel.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages or losses related to:

Use of or inability to use the Panel website or platform;
Participation or inability to participate in research activities;
Survey invitations or lack of survey invitations;
Incentives, rewards, or account balances;
Unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login information;
Errors, delays, interruptions, or technical issues; or
Reliance on any information provided through the Panel.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

21.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Conexus, Insightrix, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, service providers, contractors, and representatives from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:

Your breach of these Terms and Conditions;
Your misuse of the Panel, website, platform, or research materials;
Your violation of applicable laws;
Your infringement of any rights of another person or organization; or
Any false, misleading, inaccurate, or fraudulent information you provide.

22.Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

23.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising from or related to the Panel or these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in the courts of the Province of Saskatchewan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Saskatchewan for these purposes.
